My name is Ron, I practice exclusively with Reiki covering Herne Bay, Whitstable and the surrounding areas.

I am a fully insured member of the UK Reiki Federation and have chosen to adopt their Codes of Professional Practice.

I believe the pace of life today makes it more necessary to find some quality "me time" with all the rushing around, meeting deadlines and trying to fit in a million and one things.

This can result in discovering that we suddenly have aches and pains, feel stressed, worn out and can't sleep. Our minds go round and round and it's difficult to switch off.

When I spent time reviewing my life I knew that something was not fitting in with my values and beliefs, I enjoy being close to nature, the peace and tranquillity that it offers. Reiki offers me a closeness and a feeling of happiness both in myself and what I feel I can offer to others.
