Reiki therapy consists of gentle use of the universal Ki or energy which is chanelled into the recipient using light hand contact in a non intrusive manner. Feelings of warmth, cold, tingling and other sensations are commonly felt and after treatment recipients often say they feel a glowing sense of well being, some may be emotional as clearings take place in the emotional body and others feel like a weight has been lifted.

Reiki as a Holistic therapy is becoming more widely accepted and understood as people become more aware that there is an alternative to Health and Well being which involves being connected to universal life force energies in a way not experienced before.
