Reikieast

Reikieast is committed to serving Reiki to all the community. This deeply relaxing therapy can calm mind, body and spirit and help to restore emotional imbalance. I am a fully certified Reiki Master/Teacher working in my local community and with nearby charity organisations.
Energy Healing & Mindfulness exercises are also provided, consisting of slow body moves and breathe, that can invigorate and decrease stress levels.
