Reiki with Carrie

Hi, my name is Carrie and I have been exploring and developing my connection with the Universe for the last 17 years or so.  I discovered the ability of energy healing whilst attending a psychic development group approximately 18 years ago.

After life getting in the way for some years, I finally decided that it was time to train and be attuned as a Reiki practitioner which I did in 2018.  My life dramatically changed ever since!  I am now a Usui Reiki and Indian head massage practitioner, and a full member of the Guild of Holistic Therapists.  I know that my souls purpose is to help heal others.

Reiki is a beautiful energy healing practice.  The benefits are numerous, but to name a few it can help release physical and emotional pain, stress and anxiety by focussing on clearing and balancing the chakras. It can also provide that all important clarity if you are not sure where to go or what to do next.

Indian head massage is a lovely relaxing treatment which provides physical, mental as well as subtle benefits including increasing oxygen uptake in the tissues, improving blood circulation, loosening of the scalp, provides a sense of calmness, peace and tranquillity and can also help to balance the chakra energy.

The two treatments combined can make for total relaxation.

25 minute Indian head massage – £20
