Hello!  My name is Nikki Hastings and I have been a fully qualified Reiki Master/Teacher since 2006.  I offer 1 hour Reiki sessions in the comfort of my Hertford-based treatment room.  I also offer Reiki combined with other holistic therapies including Reflexology and Crystal Therapy.  Your first appointment includes a free consultation and gives you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

Reiki is a wonderfully relaxing treatment with so many benefits and can re-balance us physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.  It is suitable for absolutely everyone and is particularly good for recharging us when we are feeling stressed, tired, low or run-down.  So if you’d like to feel more positive, peaceful and balanced then why not give Reiki a try?

Reiki is my passion and I also teach Reiki courses to those who are interested in learning to use Reiki on themselves and others.  I also hold regular Reiki share groups for anyone who has been attuned to Reiki and would like to get together with other practitioners to give and receive treatments.

• 90 minutes ‘R&R’ combining Reiki & Reflexology – £55
