I trained in Usui Reiki healing in 1998 and have a wealth of experience in treating a huge variety of health and well being conditions. I never cease to be amazed by the efficiency and wisdom of Reiki healing. I would never suggest Reiki healing as a replacement for medical treatment. However, I do believe that Reiki healing has a valid purpose in this hectic life we all lead. It works to release emotional and physical restrictions and can be a fantastic support during times of "dis-ease". From my considerable experience with Reiki healing, I would actively recommend anyone to try this therapy, especially if they are struggling with their physical or mental health.
