Why choose Time to Nurture for your Reiki experience ? Well, I believe you really will feel nurtured if you choose me as your therapist. I consider myself very personable and down to earth yet still maintaining huge respect for what Reiki is. I try and look at every person as an individual and it’s my aim to put my clients at ease so all they need to do is relax and enjoy. Adequate time is always left between clients so you will never feel rushed. I am also happy to consult and recommend simple lifestyle changes that can be made to further help specific ailments or just generally improve your health. I am a fully qualified therapist and member of the FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapists).

Benefits of Reiki

Reiki is intuitive which means it will flow to wherever it is needed in the body to restore balance and remove any blockages in the flow of energy that may be causing dis-ease.

There are many benefits Reiki can bring to name but a few :
Deep relaxation
Reduction of stress and anxiety
Increased wellbeing
Removal of toxins
Boosts the immune system
Increased self confidence
Helps fertility

It can also treat specific ailments and during my time as a therapist I have seen great results with a variety of complaints including migraines, back and shoulder problems, anxiety and depression. It is also very effective with cancer patients as it supports and assists conventional treatments and is safe to use alongside them. It can reduce the side effects of chemotherapy as it helps remove the toxins caused by this treatment

I also offer Indian Head Massage treatments and this can be combined with Reiki for a deeply relaxing experience both on a physical and energetic level.

I look forward to helping you improve your health

Best wishes
