I've dedicated my life to bringing out the best in people. I trained in Reiki Healing, Nutrition and Mindfulness because I wanted tools to help me solve people's problems. Using my problem solving methods alongside Reiki Healing Energy and other natural therapies, I've facilitated people to resolve their issues and have a significantly better quality of life.

Energy Healing therapies are used to help treat an individual’s natural energy flow to improve an individuals physical and mental wellbeing. The negative interactions we encounter in day to day life can have a lasting impact on a person’s energy flow which can result in a health decline.

The science of nutrition is working out how to optimise the way our bodies work through healthy attitudes and approaches to food, what we eat and working out exactly what we as individuals need to be healthy.
