Dreamstone Holistics - Therapies & Training is dedicated to offering relaxation and improved sense of wellbeing through Reiki, Crystal Therapy, Tuning Fork Therapy & Meditation.

Helen accepts bookings for a therapy room in Griffithstown and works as a mobile therapist in and around Torfaen & surrounding areas.

Helen's original career path originated when she studied A level computer science, leading her into the world of software programming and IT and culminated in Helen's being a Database Administrator. It was during this period of Helen's life that she began to look for something different. In 1996 she re-started her career after several years as a full-time mother and wanted to discover who she was.

This was the beginning of Helen's interest in crystals and holistic healing. Helen's very first workshop was a Crystal Massage weekend with Denise Wichello Brown and that became the launchpad for Helen's desire to become a complementary therapist.

She began with a course in Anatomy & Physiology, followed by a number of different crystal therapy courses ranging from correspondence course to formal classroom to a 2-year ICGT diploma course. Alongside this she began her Reiki path, initially for personal reasons and achieved Reiki Master Teacher in 2005.
