Holistics with Helen

I am currently attuned to Reiki 2, and offer Reiki Healing in a variety of ways. I hold a certificate in teaching yoga to children and have a good amount of experience in teaching yoga. I also hold a diploma in Mindfulness and offer mindfulness sessions. I am working towards a Meditation diploma and look forward to offering meditation sessions in the near future.

I also offer readings using Oracle cards, both online and in person.
