Reiki is a holistic healing practice with origins in Japan. It helps restore inner peace and harmony to the body, mind and spirit and promotes healing. Regular treatments work to reduce stress and anxiety bringing balance to your daily life and bring you in touch with your true nature, reducing stress and maintaining health and wellbeing.
Treatments usually last for around an hour. Hands are placed just above or on the body (clothed) in a sequence of positions promoting full body relaxation.
I work from a tranquil treatment room in Twickenham and am fully attuned to practice Reiki.
I am also a qualified therapeutic counsellor.
