Reiki is an incredible way to relax and heal the root cause of what causes stress. A completely non invasive form of therapy, Reiki gets to work on an energetic level to aid your body in becoming aligned. Reiki energy will go to where it is needed, allowing the client to just relax and enjoy the treatment. It is also known to help with depression, IBS, joint aches and migraines as well as many emotional issues. It can help boost confidence and build compassion and gratitude, renewing your sense of belonging and appreciation. I predominantly work from home, but I willl also happily do out-calls too.
