Reiki with James

I am a Reiki Practitioner based in Essex. I perform at home Reiki Healing, but this can also be held in a themed space in Hornchurch.

My practice is focused on mental healing and well-being, aligning chakras and energies within the body bringing the mind into a calming and meditative state. I use aromatherapy oils, incense, candle light and Reiki Healing music during the practice to create a relaxing practice as I find this helps most when performing Reiki.

Sessions last 1 hour, but a first visit lasts 1 hour and a half as I perform an energy and well-being consultation before carrying out Reiki on a new client.This involves having have a confidential conversation with you to find out how you are, what it is that is affecting you and to explain what Reiki can do for you and how it works in more detail to answer any questions you may have to keep you at ease, especially if it is your first time.

I bring all of my own equipment, but it is advised that you have a water available, a thin warm blanket, a small pillow and warm socks during the session.
