Pilates4you Studio – Well being Centre

We have 10 years’ experience teaching Pilates and Yoga and have a new Pilates4you Studio located the centre of London in a beautiful mews called Inverness Mews in Bayswater.

We have fully equipped  BASI systems Pilates Equipment in the Studio and offering one to one Pilates as well as group mat and chair-based exercises on weekends.

Our Reiki instructors offer Reiki Level 1 and Level 2 courses with a competitive price. They are highly trained in their field and offers a range of other therapies.

Beautiful treatment / Therapy room is available to rent within an existing Pilates Studio.
Room is suitable for Massage therapists / Physiotherapists/ Chiropractors/ Osteopaths/ Reiki therapist/ Energy healers/ one to one meditation / small group reiki courses.
– Medium size room rent for an hour, half-day and even for a week.
