I have been practicing Reiki for 21 years.
Reiki has been shown to be beneficial on many levels i.e physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. The aim of Reiki is to create balance and harmony on all levels so it really is a completely holistic treatment and can help with a range of ailments such as Insomnia, headaches, digestive problems, stress, anxiety, aches and pains and many more.
