As a qualified, CNHC verified, fully insured Usui Reiki Master / Teacher and a member of the Reiki Federation, I work with others to help them overcome life’s physical, emotional and spiritual challenges using gentle yet powerful Reiki energy. I practice self reiki every morning which not only keeps me balanced and healthy but also allows more healing energy to flow through me to my clients as I work with them.

Reiki is a powerful healing energy that helps to dissolve blockages from within by initiating the body’s own ability to heal. This allows us to move forward with ease and live the happy, balanced life we deserve to live.

I became an Accredited Advanced Life Coach in 2008 then subsequently qualified as a Usui Reiki Master / Teacher. I have helped my family, friends and clients to successfully overcome various problems including insomnia, stress and relationship issues as well as helping them get through major life changes like divorce and unexpected redundancy.

I treat clients in the comfort of my own home in Croydon, allowing plenty of time for you to safely share what you are going through before we begin treatment.  I offer both 60 minute and 90 minutes treatments so we have more time to work on problem areas and attain deeper cellular healing.

USUI REIKI 1, REIKI 2 and Reiki Master Courses – London

Join me on my enjoyable 2 day, Reiki 1 or Reiki 2 Courses or 5 day Reiki Master Retreat and learn how to heal and energetically balance yourself, your loved ones and even your pets using this beautifully simple yet powerful, ancient palm healing system.

Reiki works on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level to bring about holistic healing. Anyone can learn Reiki and kick start the miraculous healing process that naturally resides within us all.

To ensure you get the best experience and are taught to the highest standards, my Courses comply with the National Occupational Standards for Reiki and follow the core curriculum created by the UK Reiki Council.

Courses are run once a month on Saturday and Sunday from 9.30am to 4.30pm in Croydon
