My name is Suzanne Bennett and I am a Reiki Master/Teacher.

The Japanese art of Reiki is a subtle energy, re-balances and heals on all levels. We are all born with the ability to heal, we just re-ignite the light inside us. We are shaded by our inhibitions, which becomes thicker as we grow, but when we uncover our light with Reiki, we find that inner peace within our busy world.

Reiki works on the parts of the body that needs it most, so you may feel more warmth in places.  Reiki is not harmful in anyway, its intention is to fill you with love, peace; bringing stress levels down and leaving you with a sense of well – being.  It is a hand’s on healing treatment that travels through light and sound.   I teach and give treatments.

Other treatments include:

• I always heal the room prior to a treatments, soft music playing in the background and oils and candles burning.

Indian Head Massage (IHM) is a wonderfully relaxing head, neck and shoulder massage to relieve tension that builds up in this area.  Massage is known for all its benefits; relaxes the muscles, releases toxins, improves the circulation, reduces stress, encouraging a restful sleep, supporting the mind body and soul, ultimately promoting a sense of good health and well being.

Japanese Holistic Facial Massage (JHFM) is a relaxing facial massage that works with meridian lines and Acupressure Points;  it helps with renewal of cells, tones facial muscles, reduces puffiness, releases toxins, as well as promoting beauty and is a Japanese natural face lift that will leave you calm and relaxed. The benefits are endless.

Luxury JHFM – This is the same as above, but a deeper cleanse and a face mask is applied.

Meditation is a practice to bring on inner peace and calmness.  It takes you away from the everyday stresses and worries.  Through meditation you will feel calm and relaxed.  Music will be used to assist you on a journey to a place of peace and tranquility.
