I practice Usui/Tibetan Reiki , Usui Shiki Ryoho ,
Reiki is a hands on or off procedure to whatever the client is most comfortable with , its a gentle way to help the body make any corrections as the universal energy flows through practitioner to client .
Many of my clients have reported a uplifting feeling as well as many aches and pains disappear, it can be a life changing process for practitioner and client.
The most common thing to feel during a session is the practitioners warm hands even from a distance and through clothes .
You do not have to remove any clothes for the session -only shoes .
Reiki is complimentary to medicine not a alternative so all medication should still be taken .
