Reiki is a simple hands on natural healing technique discovered by Dr Mikao Usui in Japan. The word Reiki means `life force energy. It is this universal life force energy which is all around us which is channeled through the person doing the treatment to the person receiving. How much energy the person receives is down to the recipient not the person doing the treatment. During a Reiki class the student is attuned to the energy which allows this universal energy to flow through them.

Reiki is very simple to learn and by using regularly can be a very powerful transformational tool. It supports the individual giving them the strength to bring about positive change in their life that they want and truly deserve.

Once the individual is attuned to the energy they have this tool with them 24/7 for life. So wherever or whatever the situation Reiki can be used by simply placing hands on themselves or another person.

Reiki healing works on the whole person on all levels physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
