I am a qualified Reiki Master Practitioner / Teacher, offering relaxing treatments in St Osyth, near Clacton and surrounding areas. Common complaints presented include: inability to sleep, depression, stress and anxiety, menopause/hormonal imbalances, aches and pains. Clients report a deep sense of relaxation during and after a treatment and it is ideal for those who are under stress and strain or suffering from long-term ailments, as reiki accelerates the body’s natural ability to heal itself.

I am also qualified in animal reiki and animal healing and have a Masters Practitioner/ Teaching degree in animal reiki. Animals respond intuitively to reiki’s power to heal emotional, behavioural, and physical illnesses and injuries and reiki can help animals who are ill, pregnant, near transition or displaying behavioural issues. It is also a helpful addition when rehoming a rescue animal.

Animals pick up on our stress and so I often treat animal and animal owner in harmony – as one heals, the other heals.

I love working with animals and teaching people how to enjoy reiki themselves and see the benefits reiki brings to their pets.

Animals respond intuitively to reiki’s power to heal emotional, behavioural, and physical illnesses and injuries. For animals who are ill, reiki is an amazing healing method as well as a safe complement to any Western or Chinese Medicine. For dying animals, Reiki is a powerful yet gentle way to provide comfort, relief from pain, fear, and anxiety, and to ease the transition to death. Reiki can also be helpful for pregnant animals and animals that are being rehomed.

I am a qualified Law of Attraction Coach, Master NLP Practitioner and Spiritual Coach too. I offer 1-2-1 coaching or a self-study program, “Spiritual Awakening for Beginners&#8221.

I use a combination of techniques and therapies to help my clients, depending on their needs and whatever they are drawn to – this creates a unique and bespoke service, that adapts and flows as we work through sessions. I can include any of; practical coaching with NLP, counselling / talking therapy, happiness life coaching, positive mindset work, spiritual coaching, energy management, reiki, psychic guidance, card readings, using my intuition and Law of Attraction coaching.
