The Gallery Therapy Rooms offer holistic health, massage and beauty treatments as well as Reiki healing and attunements. Tucked away on the first floor of Debden Barns we offer a confidential approach aimed at making you feel content and promote well-being. Our Reiki courses can be either 1 to 1 or held within a group of no more than 4 people.

This simple Japanese energy balancing method developed by Mikao Usui in the early 1900’s can produce deep relaxation and inner calm enabling you to cope with stressful situations. You will remain fully clothed during a treatment with the therapist using a series of hand movements around the body. A sensation of warmth and tingling may be felt from the therapist.

Jayne Barrett is a Reiki Master, practitioner and teacher and has been based at Debden Barns for 3 years.

2nd degree (Oduden) level at £165.00
Master level @ £400.00
