Absolute Reiki

Absolute Reiki courses are designed to suit everyone regardless of experience and background. Everybody is capable of learning to practice Reiki for themselves and others.

Absolute Reiki offers training based on the Japanese Reiki system that Mikao Usui was teaching, with some Western elements provided to allow for the fact that we live in a western world. This provides all students with a comprehensive understanding of both approaches to Reiki and the freedom to choose a way that works best for the individual.

Reiki Treatments can be a great way to give yourself the time you need to reduce stress and rejuvenate your mind, body and energy. A simple, safe energy based technique that can help place you in the best position to heal yourself on every level and can be helpful for a variety of conditions:
