My Reiki journey began whilst travelling in 2010 I have been lucky enough to continued to learn all over the world from many beautiful teachers.

Whilst in Bangkok I studied Vipassana meditation with the Buddhist monks that live and teach there. Then in 2010 I felt drawn to Reiki Healing and took Reiki 1st degree with my teacher Nick Harris in Chiang Mai, Thailand. I have returned since and am now very proud to be an 8th Generation Reiki Master.

Whilst in India I lived and studied yoga at an Ashram in Goa. I then completed my 200hr teacher training course at Himalaya Yoga Valley and am a member of Yoga Alliance.

My understanding of Yoga, Reiki and Meditation have complimented each other beautifully and the more I learn the more passionate I feel about passing the benefits on to the people I teach.
