I have a background in Spiritual Development, Psychology and Emotional Support. I am certified in Angelic Reiki and Colour Therapy.

I am experienced in connecting with the Angelic relm and have been connecting with spirit and angels since I was very young. I have been giving Angel Card readings for 7+ years. I work intuivily when delivering a reading.

I developed Colchester Wellbeing and the workshops in 2014, so I was able to pass on my knowledge and to teach others the techniques I have learnt. I am passionate about empowering others to become connected to their mind, body and spirit. The workshops do this by empowering my clients, I provide them with the techniques and tools to improve their own spiritual wellbeing.
