Hansa Reiki

I know how busy life can be. I know life can throw us challenges. Like many people I’ve had my fair share of ups and downs. As a single mum to 3 beautiful children and working full time I’m always juggling balls in the air. Even without children life is busy; schedules to keep; demands on our time.

​Through my wonderful friend – Emma- I have learnt the importance of self care. I have learnt that self care = self love. That finding time for yourself is not selfish. It’s vital! If we can’t look after ourselves first how can we look after others. How are we to truly experience life? There will always be something else to do, some stressful situation to sort out, some appointment…the list and excuses are endless.

​Having been through some stressful and painful periods in my life; my divorce and supporting my daughter with anxiety I found that Reiki has helped me physically, emotionally and mentally. The benefits to my life have been immense.

I wanted to give something back; to help others to look after themselves. It was then that I decided to train as a Reiki practitioner.To give everyone the opportunity for some ME time. Whether it be some time for yourself to relax. Whether you’ve got worries or health problems. It may be for one of your family; a child experiencing anxiety, depression. Reiki is for everyone!
