I am a Reiki Master/Teacher in the Usui Reiki and an Advanced Emotional Freedom Technique Teacher. I work with energy healing in both these wonderful practices. I am based in Eastbourne and offer training in both Eastbourne and Peacehaven.

Reiki treatments can help to balance energies within the body and to clear any blockages in the energy system promoting a feeling of wellbeing, relieving the symptoms of stress, negativity, pain relief and also can be used Chakra Balancing.

Reiki treatments are carried out over clothes, even plaster casts and consists of laying hands on the client in a non intrusive manner over the body. It is a holistic treatment that covers the whole body not  just the symptoms leaving clients feeling relaxed from head to toe, re-energised and ready to face the world again

I offer Reiki Training in small groups or on a 1-1 or 2-1 basis and can tailor the training to your needs including weekends and evenings.  I also teach Reiki at Sussex Downs College.

I teach and Attune to all levels of Reiki up to and including Teacher Level and offer continuous support after training is completed at any level.
