This powerful therapy can be given almost anywhere, as no special equipment is needed. Reiki is carried out in either a sitting or prone position and there is no need to remove any clothing. The treatment involves the gentle placing of hands, non-intrusively, in a sequence of positions to cover the whole body. I treat clients from home in a soothing atmosphere but will carry out home visits if required.

Reiki is beneficial for everyone including children and pregnant women. There are no contra-indications.

Reiki can help reduce muscular tension, lift headaches, ease pain, balance energies, relieve fatigue, promote refreshing sleep, strengthen natural self-healing, relieve stress, encourages emotional relief.

The cost of a session is £20.
