Hello my name is Helen and I am the owner of Heartrei Therapies, a service offering  Reiki for adults, based at the Yoga House Llanelli. This new initiative draws on prior experience within the NHS as a qualified therapist together with newly acquired skills as a qualified Reiki practitioner. I offer appointments tailored to individual needs, including distance healing if affected by illness or mobility issues. I am a member of the FHT, the governing bodies for my chosen fields and abide by their Ethical Guidelines.
