Rosemary found Reiki after a challenging personal time in life, and her spiritual and personal development grew exponentially the more she studied and practiced.

She started teaching herself, and over ten years on she is still there to support those who wish to understand what Reiki is as well as those who have their own practice.

She runs the ongoing weekly Reiki Share (open to everyone, even if not a student) in Letterston, Pembrokeshire, and decided to open treatment rooms in Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire dedicated to holistic and beauty treatments and therapies, as well as the training academy where she is able to expand her Reiki courses and attunements in a dedicated training space.

Her commitment to Reiki led to creating Pembrokeshire’s biggest mind body spirit biannual event, The West Wales Health Show, and The Healing Tent she runs is a major attraction at the Pembrokeshire County Show each year.

She is a regular contributor to community events with her Reiki students and brought Reiki to the chemo unit in the hospital.
