Every session with Mark is all about you - whether that's taking some time to talk about life stuff, or deciding you just need a great de-stressing massage. We are all amazing, unique individuals - and we deserve to be respected and treated as such by the people we ask to help us along the way.

Mark's approach is based around the idea that sometimes we all need someone to hold our hand and walk with us through tough times; maybe we need to talk - and be properly listened to - or perhaps we need to get in touch with our physical self and be more relaxed.

Mark has a passion for helping people learn about themselves and how they experience life. Mark's background is in IT, so his thoughts and ideas are often very logical and specific - but always with a view to the bigger picture.

Mark loves sharing these thoughts and ideas and wonders at the regularity with which people have 'ah-ha' moments - for it is these moments that often allow us to have amazing breakthroughs.

Mark runs regular LifeMagic ~ Practical Abundance weekend courses as well as Usui Reiki courses - all levels 1 through Master/Teacher and also William Lee Rands' Kuruna Reiki.
