Maria Cooper- Gomes

I have been providing healing and training for 10 years. I am a intuitive, holistic therapist practising Reiki treatments and training, Theta Healing, Indian Head Massage, Auricular Ear Acupuncture and Body Spin Healing.  I  use my different healing modalities either individually or integrated, according to my client’s needs. All of my treatments address the root cause of the issue rather than the symptoms, promoting Healing, Empowerment and Freedom.

I have always been drawn to explore holistic therapies as a way of dealing with my own personal challenges. I have used all of my therapies personally to shift old patterns of behaviour, to support, heal and empower myself.

I have also studied counselling, have excellent experience of group work and one to one work within the social care sector. My healing work integrates these skills experience giving me the ability to work with individuals with a wide variety of issues. I have helped, supported and guided clients with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, confidence / low esteem as well with people undergoing medical treatment.

My ethos as a holistic therapist is to empower my clients so that they can take charge of their healing journey.

I am a member of Federation of Holistic Therapist (FHT)  Complimentary Health Council (CHNC) and Acupuncture Society.
