I first found an interest in holistic therapies years ago when I was struggling with my health, I found progress through many complementary therapies before I took the initiative to start my training, in which I hope to educate and share my passion of all things holistic. My mission is to help those with physical or mental illness or those in need of some downtime, healing or relaxation through complementary therapies.

Reiki is a holistic alternative therapy developed in Japan to release energy blocks in the body through gentle touch, clearing the body of toxins and energy blocks mentally and physically. It can be used to promote healing and relaxation. I use the combination of hands on or hands off reiki with the aid of crystals, I am level 3 certified Reiki master and teacher and fully insured. I believe alternative therapies are important part of maintaining personal well-being and I hope to help you with this.
