I am Chris Holmes, experienced and enthusiastic Reiki practitioner. Reiki is an ancient healing technique which was rediscovered in Japan in the 1920's. Reiki uses energy of both the healer and the client in order to remove negative energy blockages from the clients system. Reiki will promote your body's natural healing ability. It is very gentle, very relaxing and non-intrusive.

I would like to offer more spiritual healing sessions to those in need in my spare time. This can be done in the comfort of your own home. I currently do not have a premises to work from.

If you feel in the need for some Reiki, whether your issues be physical, emotional, mental or spiritual - please allow me to see if I can assist. My energy levels are high and still growing higher.

This is a professional service which I take very seriously. You can expect 100% commitment, work rate and advice.

I’m still new to reiki but Chris did an amazing job of helping me understand and get familiar with the practice, he has a calming and relaxing presence making me feel at ease straight away. His treatment put me in a very relaxed state and I emerged feeling calmer and less anxious. I recommend Chris to anyone having anything from emotional stress to physical pain. I can’t wait for my next session!

I’ve known Chris personally for a number of years and so I know how long he has invested in Reiki before now deciding to service it commercially. Although this is not merely a business venture for Chris, it’s a spiritual one, Chris grows as he helps others to grow, heals as he heals others. Chris is deeply spiritual but does not impose anything upon anyone, skepticism is welcome and if people were thinking of trying Reiki but were slightly skeptical, then Chris would be completely welcoming to that.
