Welcome to Gilly's Reiki Room. Reiki, (pronounced ray-key), is a gentle and effective system of hands on energy healing which activates and encourages the body's own natural abilities. It provides you with greater inner harmony and balance that allows deep relaxation whilst promoting a calm and peaceful sense of well being on all levels. Consequently it can be a great help in coping with the modern way of living.
A long side Reiki, I also offer Oriental Face Massage, again a deeply relaxing treatment which compliments Reiki as a duo treatment ........bliss
