Hello my name is Sarah and my passion is to support you in regaining balance and harmony within your life! I understand how challenging life can be at times, and aim to help you in discovering inner happiness and joy. Very often different experiences can create emotional blockages or repetitive thoughts, which can be difficult to release, it can prevent people from moving forward to where they really want to be.

I work on an energetic level with the presence of the Angels, to help people in releasing any negative energy which may be having an effect on their life. I do this through Reiki Healing with Crystals, Angel Card Readings and Spiritual Coaching. All of these methods can be highly effective in helping you to move forward once again and to take back control of your life.
