Reiki is a natural healing activated by intention. It works on every level, not just the physical. It is non-invasive and gentle, yet powerful on many levels. It may be used with confidence alongside more conventional healthcare, although should not be treated as an alternative.

Reiki is often referred to as hands-on healing which can encourage relaxation and bring balance to the mind and emotions as well as the body.

I have been a Reiki Master for four years and have grown into the practice as I have used it and become experienced with it. Clients enjoy on the deep sense of calm and well-being they experience during and after our sessions.

My treatment room is in a quiet rural location just north of Bedford and clients comment on the calm and relaxed atmosphere.
