John gave a very professional and therapeutic massage. A lot of time was spent on my back which was beneficial to me as I, like most people, tend to hold most of my tension in the back, shoulders and hips. John also gave me the option of having my stomach area treated. I accepted, as this is really great for helping the digestive system. I felt really relaxed and loose limbed afterwards and my niggly aches had all gone. As a Reiki Master myself and having experienced a lot of body work from other sources over many years, I know a good thing when I find it. It is not an easy task to find the words to fit into a short testimonial so I will keep it simple; having recently had a 2 hour ‘pamper session’ from John I can say for me it was in the category of ‘best money ever spent’. There are very few items up there in that category for me but his massage is one of them.
