My name is Lisa Sugden, I am a Reiki Master / Teacher based in a small village called Lumphanan, Aberdeenshire and I have practised Reiki for 8 years.

I offer Reiki treatments, Reiki training and other holistic therapies in my serene treatment room in my home which is set in the heart of Royal Deeside.

It gives me so much joy to offer guidance and healing to others, in turn connecting them back to the truest version of themselves and leaving with a sense of wholeness. I am passionate about my own growth so I am always seeking new ways to connect with people, support them as well as expanding my own knowledge and learning.
