Senses Is Located In The Tranquil Rural Village Of Ballogie, in The Heart Of Royal Deeside, Aberdeenshire, Scotland

We provide a range of healing & beauty therapies including Reiki , Massage, Manicures, Pedicures & Waxing.

Senses is run by Sandra Cruickshank.

Sandra was born in Aberdeen, lived in Elgin until she was 10.

She moved to Deeside in 1980 that was the first time she had an encounter with a spirit (her grandad died several years before Sandra moved to Knappach, Deeside with her family).

She married her husband Chris in 1980 & has 3 children who have all flown the coop now.

She was a fitness and martial arts instructor before her accident.

Sandra began her holistic career after having a bad quad bike accident where she nearly lost her leg.

She trained in the Usui System of Natural Healing in 2010, and is attuned to Angel & Fairy Reiki.

The way Sandra describes Reiki is that it reboots your whole system, just like a computer!!!!

You don’t have to be unwell to have a treatment because Reiki is a great way to relax, one treatment is the equivalent of 8 hours sleep alone and a great way to energise and revitalise yourself
