Calm, Balance and Healing Through Reiki.

I offer Reiki treatments, Reiki training, and holistic therapies to help you reconnect with your body, your energy, and your inner peace. Sessions are gentle, natural, and tailored to support you wherever you are on your journey, whether you’re seeking deep relaxation, stress relief, or a more sustainable, balanced way of living.
If you feel called to learn Reiki yourself, I teach in a warm, safe, and nurturing space, with ongoing support throughout your training and beyond. I also run a monthly Reiki Energy Exchange, where students and practitioners can connect, share, and deepen their practice together.
Alongside my private treatment room, I work as a complementary therapist in a hospice setting and with the charity 2Wish, supporting families through some of life’s most difficult moments. This work shapes how I practise, with compassion, patience, and genuine care at the centre of everything I offer.
I’m a member of the UK Reiki Federation and am currently working towards CNHC registration, so you can feel confident that heart-led practice is backed by recognised professional standards.
