My journey with wellness is rooted in a deep reverence for life and energy. As a teacher of yoga and meditation, I have dedicated myself to creating spaces where people can quiet the mind and connect with their true nature. To deepen this path, I was initiated into Level 1 Reiki by my master, Ameet (Reiki & Mindfulness with Ameet), a revered practitioner whose lineage flows directly back to Mikao Usui. Guided by this pure, compassionate tradition, I offer a gentle, intuitive healing touch. This energy work is a universal language for me; it flows naturally not only to adults, but has also brought gentle harmony and documented peace to babies, animals, and plants.
I am currently offering these sessions on a heartfelt donation basis as I continue to ground my practice.
