Hello All,
If you care for others, you’ll know how easy it is to keep giving while quietly running on low or empty. I’d love to invite you to a Women’s Sacred Circle on Zoom, created especially for those in caring or healing roles who need a calm, confidential space to exhale, reset, feel held and witnessed.
What to expect (90 minutes)
Gentle grounding to arrive and settle
Optional sharing and reflection in a held, respectful space
A simple closing intention to carry into the weeks ahead
We meet on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month at 7:30pm, with the next session on Tuesday 24th February 2026.
Cost: £6 per session (Zoom link sent after booking).
