As a certified Reiki Master Teacher, I offer a deeply nurturing space for energetic healing, emotional balance and personal transformation. My Reiki work includes 1:1 in-person sessions, distance healing, group Reiki circles, and Reiki Level 1 & Level 2 courses with attunements, designed to support both beginners and those wishing to deepen their practice.

Alongside Reiki, I bring a holistic blend of therapies to help clients restore harmony on every level. My offerings include Sound Healing, Meditation & Breathwork, Transformational Coaching, Energy Psychology tools, and Yoga & Mindful Movement. I also run specialised workshops and healing journeys such as chakra balancing, emotional release, menopause support, and themed sound-meditation experiences.
