At Healthymindandsoul, we believe in an holistic approach to health and well-being, focusing on the mind and soul. Our goal is to help you achieve inner peace and balance, to find your energetic flow by living a sustainable and healthy lifestyle.
I am Sarah Boxer, the founder of this company. I’m incredibly passionate about helping others achieve a healthy mind, body, and soul, working from the inside out.
I have been a Reiki Master and teacher for over 20 years, offering accredited courses in Reiki 1, Reiki 2 & Reiki Master/Teacher (Usui Shiki Ryoho) as well as Reiki treatments. All courses are recognised nationally in the U.K. as professional qualifications. You can either train as a practitioner or simply learn Reiki for yourself to self-heal. I am also a qualified Hot Stone massage therapist and offer a variety of holistic treatments and therapies in and around DY8 2DL, Stourbridge, West Midlands.
I run self-development workshops (Manifestation, Full Moon & New Moon), mindset sessions and Retreat days from a mini retreat, that focus on health, wellbeing and spirituality.
I am also an accredited Acu Seeds practitioner and official retailer.

I’ve had several Reiki sessions with different healers over the years and I must say Sarah is truly wonderful. She’s intuitive, knowledgeable and professional and I always leave feeling lighter and with more clarity to face the world. An added bonus is the better sleep and focus for the entire week after treatment. She really is a breath of fresh air and I’m looking forward to trying her hot stone massage and facial in the future.
