I am passionate about improving the lives of my clients through my massage and therapy practice. My effective and relaxing treatments are designed to enable my customers to deal with the stresses of modern life, whether this is the reduction of a specific pain or a general refreshing of the body, mind and spirit.
I practice from my home in the charming village of Plumpton Green, near Lewes, East Sussex. The village is easy to travel to from neighbouring towns and villages including Lewes, Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, Chailey, Barcombe, Scaynes Hill, East Chiltington, Offham, Lindfield, and Wivelsfield Green. Parking in the village is easy and free!
Reiki is a gentle, safe and simple healing method that enhances the body’s natural ability to heal itself and leads to a greater state of balance, well-being and harmony. The therapist places hands lightly on the fully clothed body. The Reiki energy radiates via the palms of the practitioner’s hands. The recipient’s own healing mechanisms draw the right amount of energy wherever needed on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. An ideal stress relieving treatment promoting deep relaxation, pain relief and natural self healing.
