I originally trained to Reiki Level 1 in 2004. In 2010 I was very fortunate to meet a Jikiden Reiki practitioner and immediately felt drawn to this method of healing. In 2011 I studied Reiki Shoden and Okuden (Levels I and II) in Edinburgh and since then I have continued to improve my practice and to share in the Jikiden Reiki community in Scotland. Jikiden Reiki is based on the original teachings of the founder of Reiki, which were discovered in Japan in the 1990s. It is proven to be very effective in helping to relieve a wide range of physical, mental and emotional issues.
