Our facilities
At our small boutique fitness studio it will feel like arriving home rather than a large commercial gym, a retreat from the outside world where detail has been paid to creating a space where you can get away from the hectic stresses of everyday life.
The sun-filled studio is light and airy and is the perfect place to unwind and stretch your body, it has male and female toilets/changing rooms and provides fresh filtered water for clients.
At the studio you can book Pilates classes, one to ones and Reiki sessions.
