Hi, I’m Becky and I am a Reiki healer working from Neal’s Yard Therapy Rooms at Covent Garden. Reiki literally means Universal Life Force. This force is perhaps better described as the energy of life itself. It flows through and around all living things. When you receive a treatment, I place my hands over different parts of your body to channel this Reiki energy. The initial result is deep relaxation. It releases tension, soothing you into a state of peace and calm. It is the perfect antidote to stress, in fact after a treatment stressful situations may well seem to wash over you. It creates a sense of peace, acceptance and wellbeing on all levels. Immediately after the treatment you should notice a difference physically and emotionally, feeling both energised and relaxed at the same time. The immune system is boosted after one treatment and Reiki assists the body in cleaning itself from toxins.
