Reiki is a holistic treatment which is a form of hands on healing. Whilst fully clothed, various hand positions are carried out above or on the clients body. As a result, clients can feel revitalised, balanced and relaxed. Reiki can also help to reduce stress levels.
After recieving Reiki for a few years, I felt the time was right to share the benefits and experiences I had recieved with others.
I am also a qualified in Reflexology and Chakra Balancing and if requested, I am able to combine both of these therapies with Reiki.
