I have been involved with Reiki since 1995 and have been working with Reiki ever since .
Reki is a Japanse healing and relaxation technique developed in the early twentieth century as an adaption of centuries-old and establised practices to the specific needs of the modern world.
Reiki energy helps rebalance the whole person in Mind ,Body and Spirit .It is a non-invasive holistic therapy
It increases awareness,releases stress ,clears energy blockages and is a wonderfull tool for pain relief in humans as well as animals.
I work with people of all ages as well as animals and adopt the old teachings.
I am a member of the UK Reiki Federation .
